ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

for the Farmington Chamber of Commerce - Part time.

Duties include Responsible for all incoming inquiries of all
kinds, electronic mail, answer general and specific questions
regarding the Chamber, staff, board/executive, events, and
members. Some bookkeeping required, maintain the member-
ship database and online directory to ensure all information is
accurate and timely, bill and process yearly membership
payments. Provide support to chamber board when asked for
assistance. Create and manage email communications in
(Constant Contact). Coordinate all aspects of meetings and
in-house events-set up, tear down, table arrangement, etc.
Perform administrative function at Board of Directors meetings
by preparing agendas, maintaining meeting minutes and dis-
tributing to the board of directors prior to meetings. Maintain an
excellent working relationship with members. Promote the
Chamber and be a positive brand ambassador. Requirements
of the position High School Diploma or GED is required; prefer
twelve months of related experience and/or training or
equivalent combination of education and experience, strong
bookkeeping background and event planning experience. Must
posses a valid Arkansas driver's license. Ability to communi-
cate effectively both orally and in writing.
