Production Employees
Openings for third shift. 11 P.M. - 7 A.M. Sunday - Thursday
Production employees work in a team of two or three to produce rubber grade railroad crossing material.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Operation of production process. Operator will be responsible for cleaning out molds and refilling them, maintaining supplies of raw materials into the process (must be able to lift 50 lbs.), recording data, and following procedures in accordance with ISO 9001.
Operation of trim station. Employees at the trim station are responsible for removing excess flashing from product, inspecting product for defects, drilling holes in product (must be able to lift 50 lbs.), operation of walk behind forklift for stacking product, recording data, and following procedures in accordance with ISO 9001.
Production assistance. Employees who are not actively at a station will complete tasks to help keep production moving. These tasks include but are not limited to. keeping raw materials supplied to production (must be able to lift 50 lbs.), cleaning and helping other departments such as shipping or maintenance.
Employees on production will typically rotate between these three tasks
