Tatum Smith Welcher Engineers, Inc. seeks a Structural Engineer to perform engineering designs, drawings, and calculations to determine structural sufficiency for various building and infrastructure projects; produce various reports regarding engineering evaluation, inspection, and opinions of various structures; work with clients regarding technical specifications, options, and alternatives; represent the firm in all communications with client from initial contact through project completion; analyze field issues and project revisions; coordinate project goals under direction of project architect and other members of the design team; notify manager of any necessary outside resources to complete a project (such as crews, equipment, materials, or
other needs); participate in technical meetings, including client deliverable updates, industry analyses, design standards, and training needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; must have Licensed Professional Engineer Certificate in the State of Arkansas; proficiency with ETABS, Revit, MATLAB, MS Office, ENERCALC.
